okay. as my title says i've had ebough of the fucking bullshit.
as of late (starting at around september) my boss has been giving me less and less shifts. to the extent that this is at for those who dont know, for a good 3 weeks i had NO WORK AT ALL. and it has only gotten worse. i think by my records i have had barely 5-6 shifts in the last 3 months. and this week is another workless week.

I have thought this through and even had to take up a paper round again (Luckily for me, the distrubter is a close family friend and lives not 100mtrs away).

Just to give people an idea of how annoyed i am right now heres the thing.
By my reckoning im getting at least $14 something an hour right. well my shifts only go for 4 hours. so that what 4x14 which is $52 for that shift yeah (this is by my last checking). this wouldnt be much of an issue if i had a regular 2 shift week per week. HOWEVER I am aware that the shop's sale might of gone down and pays needing to be cut. but YOU TRY LIVING OFF OF $52 A FUCKING FORGHTNIGHT ONLY TO FIND THAT YOU HAVE NO FUCKING WORK THE NEXT WEEK. this is where im currently at. Fucking pissed off.

If this doesnt improve, they will lose me...perminantly. thats right im so fucking fed up with the bullshit and sorry excuses(such as pay cuts, or less shifts for everyone) that i keep hearing from work that even my dad suggested leaving and finding work elsewhere.
the unfortunate thing is that Christmas is coming up and being australian (Which is generaly hot) the sales will rise and be more profitable. and i will regret leaveing butim currently pissed off about this whole matter.

I will update this 2morrow when i go in and see if i have any work next week. but if i dont have anywork next week, that it, i WILL be writing up my Resenation letter.
